In terms of strength and toughness, future advancements may involve adding new reinforcing materials or improving production processes, enabling PS wall panels to withstand greater external impacts and loads, expanding their application range in building structural support and high-strength applications.
For example, developing PS wall panels with a higher strength-to-weight ratio could be used in large-scale building facilities or industrial construction projects with extremely high material strength requirements. Regarding fire resistance, more research is expected to focus on improving the fire rating of PS wall panels by adding highly efficient flame retardants or developing new fire-resistant composite technologies, enabling them to meet more stringent building fire codes, reducing fire risks, and improving building safety.
In terms of weather resistance, the ability of PS wall panels to resist harsh environmental factors such as ultraviolet radiation, high temperatures, low temperatures, and humidity will be further enhanced, extending their service life in outdoor environments and reducing the incidence of material aging, fading, and deformation caused by environmental factors, thus enabling their widespread application in more outdoor building and decoration projects.
