Products Application
WPC wall panel is made of wood plastic composite, combining natural wood fiber and high-quality plastic materials. It features waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-mold and termite-resistant performance. No paint treatment is required, eco-friendly and low maintenance. Widely used for interior decoration such as living rooms, bedrooms, hotels and offices.

Products Installation
1. Pre-installation
Place panels indoors for 24–48 hours to adapt ambient temperature (10–35℃). Wall base must be clean, dry, firm and flat (flatness ≤3mm/2m). Reserve 3–5mm expansion gaps at top, bottom and corners to accommodate thermal expansion.
2. Two Installation Methods
Method 1: Adhesive Mounting (Dry flat walls only)
Mark reference lines on wall.
Apply construction adhesive on panel back in dotted / S-shaped strips (do not full spread).
Press panel onto wall, temporary fix with masking tape.
Wait 24–72h for full curing.
Not suitable for high-moisture areas.
Method 2: Batten & Hidden Clips (Recommended, fits humid spaces)
Install aluminum / treated wood battens perpendicular to panels, spacing 400–600mm.
Mount starter trim, fit panels with tongue & groove.
Secure each panel groove with stainless steel hidden clips every 400–600mm.
3. Cutting & Finishing
Cut with fine-tooth carbide saw slowly to avoid chipping. Install corner trims, L-trims or end caps for exposed edges. Cover expansion gaps with skirting & ceiling moulding.
4. Important Notes
Do not over-tighten fasteners.
Do not hammer panel surface directly.
Add extra expansion joint if continuous wall length over 3m.
5. Maintenance
Clean with soft cloth and neutral detergent. Avoid strong acid, alkali and abrasive cleaners.
