Step 1 Wall Surface Preparation

Clean the wall thoroughly, remove dust, oil and loose plaster. Make sure the wall is flat, dry and solid. Uneven walls need simple leveling in advance.

Step 2 Measure & Cut Panels

Measure the required length and width according to wall size. Mark the cutting line on PS panel, cut smoothly with utility knife, polish edges with sandpaper.

Step 3 Apply Adhesive

Squeeze environmental adhesive evenly on the back of PS wall panel in dot or strip shape. Do not apply too much glue to avoid overflow.

Step 4 Interlock & Mount Panels

Align the male and female interlocking grooves of two panels. Press the panel firmly onto the wall, adjust position with level ruler to keep horizontal. Splice panels one by one seamlessly.

Step 5 Edge Trimming

Install matching PS skirting boards, corner lines and top mouldings to cover rough cuts and wall gaps.

Step 6 Final Sealing

Fill gaps between panels and walls with silicone sealant for beautiful and moisture-proof effect. Wait 24 hours for glue full curing before use.
